   this food now on has been modified by adding some food color to the batter then make the final appearance looks more colorful with the bananas inside. this food made by the wheat flour then add by some coagulant. before the batter put in to the steam, we put the bananas in the middle of the batter then pull the batter around the bananas so the banana will sticked in the inside of batter.
2. GALENDO

   there are 2 types of galendo, the dry and the wet. in the photo that is the dry galendo. now on, galendo also has been modified by adding some taste like chocolate galendo, druits galendo and so on. this food came from ciamis but thanks to the internet, everyone of you can buy it online from the site here: galendo ciamis

   this food also one of the sweet traditional food in west java. the color is so beautiful but actually the original one just has the white color. but it doesn't matter what color it is because the color didn't related to the taste. :)

   this is one of my favorite :) this is also came from ciamis like galendo, but actually colenak is made from peuyeum with coconut sugar souce. the souce really nice because it is sweet , i really love the souce and when it come with the peuyeum the taste would just so amazing :) i can't explain it in a word. you just have to taste it yourself.

   this one is from garut and has a lot of taste of fruit also chocolate and vanilla.this one is kind of elastic, but still worth it to try :)

   above is the picture of peuyeum ketan, i don't know what u are calling ketan in english but when i search it in my dictionary it just come out with the thing "sticky or glutinous rice". i hope u know what i mean lol. but this one is fermented food, same with the peuyeum tape. the difference is that peuyeum ketan made from ketan and peuyeum tape made from cassava. notes : if you guys buy it, please do not it that too much if u don't wanna have some digestion issue,  i think it is contain a quite strong gas.
